RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

What you can return: You may request a return by using the “Contact Customer Care” menu link at the top of the page. You may return any item in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.  Now, we know customers must open items to determine if they like it or not.  As long as you have not used an excess amount of the item, you will get a full refund. If not, you will receive a partial refund. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.  Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Your Refund:  Once your returned items have been received into our warehouse and inspected for damage as well as ensuring the items are in their original condition; you will receive a full refund for the purchase cost of your items.  You will not receive a refund for any shipping charges unless we made an error.  Depending on your financial institution, you can expect to see your refund within 10 to 15 days but no more than 30 days.

All returns must be shipped using a carrier that provides a tracking number. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received and/or tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.  If your package is returned  marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undelivered”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, new shipping charges will apply.

Damage Claims: If your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Make sure you keep all packaging materials for five business days after contacting us and a replacement will be sent to you.
